We collaboratively developed a document management system emphasizing executive discipline and information. It was essential for us to work hand-in-hand with the client's team, ensuring they felt a sense of ownership over the project and its processes. This joint effort not only facilitated their learning of new technologies but also fostered innovative thinking, ultimately aiming to reduce the natural resistance to change.

  • Performed business diagnostics at 8 plants, covering 9 areas: tender documentation, personnel workflow, project management, production tech specifications, operational documentation, internal records, legal affairs, knowledge management, and sales.
  • Together with employees we built clear visual diagrams of current business processes, pinpointed challenges employees face with documents, IT systems, and interactions with partners and customers.

Design
  • We trained employees on the key aspects of digitalization as part of potential projects, showcasing industry-specific cases. This included demonstrations of interfaces and how IT solutions work in real life.

Develop a digital transformation strategy to boost sales and enhance employee productivity, while preparing the team for the upcoming changes.
Discover
  • Performed company-wide business and IT diagnostics, pinpointing 7 change areas with top management. From a strategy session with 45 employees, we highlighted two primary areas for optimal business impact: sales growth and employee efficiency. Two parallel projects were launched to address these.

Design
  • We gathered trends and cases related to the digitalization of audit firms worldwide.
  • Gathered and organized the concerns and challenges of customers and employees, developed digital product concepts, and pinpointed the main elements and rationale behind the solutions.

Deliver
  • We assisted in standardizing, reorganizing, and digitizing the client support process, its associated documentation, and the employee knowledge and training system.
  • Selected technology partners for the implementation of projects. We've compiled a table detailing IT solution classes, their functionality, and the order of implementation.
  • Developed a prototype of a client portal to validate hypotheses with the customer's clients.
  • Put together an action plan for changes and functional requirements for IT solutions.
  • A general architecture for the company's digital transformation has been created based on the data management approach.
