Unfolding a 3D View of Transformation

Over the years, my consulting work has been grounded in two core layers:

  • The first is business logic. Understanding how organizations operate, where processes break, and how to redesign them to support growth and transformation.

  • The second is technology. Translating business intent into systems and implementation paths. Mapping how tools, platforms, and integrations should support the operating model.

This approach has worked well across complex transformation projects. Yet over time, one thing became increasingly clear. Even when business processes are well designed and technology is thoughtfully aligned, outcomes still depend heavily on how people interact.

I have seen this repeatedly while facilitating strategy sessions and transformation initiatives. The quality of dialogue, trust, leadership dynamics, and everyday human interaction often determines whether even the best-designed roadmap actually moves forward.

That insight led me to intentionally add a third layer to my work.

  • A people layer focused on leadership, engagement, collaboration, and performance improvement inside organizations.

This is where my long-standing professional dialogue with Khaled Reda naturally comes in. His deep practical background in leadership development and organizational performance adds a dimension that complements the work I have been doing for years.

Originally named for Discover => Design => Deliver, the 3D framework now unfolds deeper by explicitly focusing on how people interact and collaborate, alongside business processes and technology.

This is why Khaled and I are starting to work together.

Our collaboration adds a dedicated focus on leadership and performance dynamics to the work I have been doing across business processes and technology. It strengthens the human side of transformation, where real execution either accelerates or stalls.

The Leadership Behind The Transformation
Khaled Reda
Khaled Reda is a senior leader with decades of extensive experience with major multinationals, diverse cultures and geographies. He started his career as an engineer as he worked in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Mediterranean and behind the polar circle in Russia.
When he moved to HR Management, he worked in generalist and specialist positions focusing on people development with organizations known for best practices and leading approaches and methodologies in People Management. He also got to work as service provider, service consumer and integrator in various roles and within complex, multi-dimensional organizations.
Khaled’s customers receive distilled experience and best practices from his work with Schlumberger, Shell, General Electric and Petroleum Development Oman.
They also benefit from his deep understanding of cultural differences and ability to work with different and mixed cultures. He is natively fluent in Arabic and Russian in addition to his command of English language. He’s a certified coach and assessor.
